Location
The hotel is centrally situated in the Miami Beach area, minutes from the convention center and a few blocks from the ocean front. It is 25 minutes from Miami International Airport and steps away from the Lincoln Avenue, outdoor shopping center with many bars and restaurants.

The rooms are medium sized and decorated in minimalist style. They are comfortable and have white soft furnishings. Rooms have queen sized beds only, 2 guests per room sharing 1 bed.
Restaurant
There is no restaurant at the hotel, however guests may use the restaurant at the sister hotel, just adjacent to the hotel.
General
This hotel is run in the same way as a guest house; it offers a friendly welcome and because of its size, it is very personal. Nicely decorated and designed to be a home away from home.
