This is a comfortable 100m2 apartment situated just a few minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The apartment has been completely renovated and new refurbished, and is equipped with all you may need to fell like at home. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms (1 king size and 1 standard size) + a double sofa-bed. Full equipped and independent kitchen, with washing machine, micro, fridge, oven… Big bathroom with shower and independent WC, a very spacious living with comfortable sofas area with TV and DVD + table and sofa-bed area.
All bookings will have a supplement of 50 euro for cleaning and administration fee. |

Once in Plaza Catalunya (by bus from airport or by metro from train station), by walk arrive to Plaza Universitat, cross it, take Gran via Avenue and turn the second on your right. That one will be Muntaner street. |
